Shows heavy wear, there are lots of spots, scratches, scuffs, some dents. Lots of paint is gone, there is surface rust. Wheels don't spin freely. Neck strap missing. Needs cleaning, lubrication, TLC. Seemed in good working condition as tested. Sold as is, as shown in photos.
